1. Introduction to ethics. Importance of ethics. Concept and benefits of ethics. Managerial and business ethics. Ethics and morality. 2. Basic elements of ethical theories. Traditional and modern concept. Introduction to history of ethics. Human being and ethics. 3. Historical-developmental changes of ethics, important ethical courses and personalities, heritage for nowadays. 4. Ethics in Modern Ages. Relativism, material ethics of values, positivism, new concepts of ethics. Contemporary ethical discourses. 5. Transformation of ethics to business. Economic pragmatism, utilitarianism, liberalism and neoliberalism. 6. Introduction to ethics of management. Ethics of direction and accountability. Ethical decision-making process. 7. Relationship between ethics and business. Personal morality and firm values, ethical-professional manager's profile. 8. Manager and ethics - perspectives and changes. Moral development of a manager's personality. Dichotomy in managerial praxis. 9. Ethics implementation, nature and importance. Moral firm development. Public relations. 10.
