Syllabus

1. Fundamentals of satellite geodesy. Coordinate systems. Time systems. Motion of a satellite in Earth´s gravity field. 2. Inertial and terrestrial systems, definition and realization. 3. Satellite methods in geodesy and geophysics (VLBI, SLR, LLR, DORIS, satellite altimetry, satellite navigation systems). 4. Global navigation satellite system. Principles of ambiguity resolution. Ionospheric and tropospheric corrections. Accuracy. 5. Optimization of observation a processing procedures. 6. GNSS processing software systems SKI-Pro and Bernese.
