  • 2. Medieval city
  • 3. Modern city
  • 4. Industrial revolution and its impact on the formation of cities
  • 5. Urbanistic theories and their reflection in settlement units of the 20th century
  • 6. State and perspectives of contemporary post-industrial city
  • 7. Historical changes of rural settlement
  • 8. History of anthropogenic landscape transformation
  • 9. History of garden art - antiquity, middle ages, renaissance
  • 10. History of garden art - baroque, landscape park
  • 11. City park of the 19th and 20th centuries
  • 12. Development of urban composition, composition principles
  • 13. Development of urban space - typology, morphology, perception

Exercise

  • 1.–2. Introduction of the requirements. Working approach. Presentation of topics.
