Professional Russian in Architecture

VYR005 course is not part of any programme in the faculty

The aim of the course is to enable students to navigate professional Russian texts at levels B1–B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Students should acquire key phrases used in academic Russian as well as basic technical terminology, so that they are able to efficiently search for information in specialized sources. Emphasis will also be placed on developing listening and active communication skills (mandatory PowerPoint presentations on assigned professional topics).
