The subject is designed to help students to deal with professional French texts at the B1-B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference. Students should master key phrases of academic French as well as elementary professional terminology so that they are able to effectively find out information in professional resources. Emphasis will also be put on the development of listening and active communication skills (obligatory PowerPoint presentations on the given technical topic).
