Aims
Understanding of principles of the cartographic interpretation and cartographic work as basic layer GIS. Basic skills with geograaphical information systems.
Students will manage basic theoretical knowledge of geoinformatics/geomatics and digital cartography. They will be introduced with positional and altitudinal bases of geographic information systems. They will achieve detailed knowledge about national digital map works, geoinformatic systéme, spatial databases and about data collection methods for these products.

- 4. Basic map. Map services.
- 5. Raster data. Georeferencing. Transformation of the coordinate system. Export data.
- 6. Import, export JTSK Coordinates. Import, export WGS84 Coordinates. Edit and create vector data.
- 7. Filedatabase. ISKN Studio. OpenStreetMap (ArcGIS Editor for OpenStreetMap).
- 8. GIS Data Collection.
