This course of Spanish offers students practice in reading, understanding and discussion of architectural topics at the B2- level of the CEFR which requires a student to be able to find out information, thoughts and opinions in authentic professional texts within his/her field of study.
Practice of active participation in discussions and presentation of their own project.

1. House – types, description of structure. 2. Plan and elevation – description of plans, sections, elevations. 3. Housing – types, renovation, social housing. 4. Public buildings – types, functions. 5. Building renovation, preservation of historical buildings. 6. Industrial buildings, brown fields. 7. Green buildings – description of green features. 8. City – sections of a city, urban development. 9. Sustainable urban development – problems, urban sprawl. 10. Materials – contemporary materials, wood in architecture. 11. Greenery - integration of greenery, green facades. 12. Interiors and exhibitions. 13. Credit test.
