Our PhD student Mohammad Sami Al Khazali (Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan) has been awarded the prestigious BUTalent scholarship spring 2025. The BUTalent scholarship competition is organized by the International Relations Office, Brno University of Technology for master's and doctoral students in English-language study programs from all eight faculties of BUT.

The scholarship is awarded to the best students who convince the expert committee of the exceptional nature of their results and the quality of their scientific work. Student Mohammad Sami Al Khazali is researching the impact of corrosion on the fatigue behavior of high-strength steels under the supervision of his advisor, Associate Professor Stanislav Seitl.
