Syllabus

1. Terms and conditions of contracts – contracting (participants, data, deadlines, control, penalization). 2. Valuation of project and engineering works. 3. Practical application of Construction law. 4.–5. Supplier systems in construction, theirs realization in CZ. 6. Authorization exam according to law 360/1992 Sb., rights and duties of authorized persons. 7. Site diary – content, styles. 8. Negotiation according to law 244/1992 Sb. as amended. 9. Elaboration of project documentation – steps, extent, content. 10. Project documentation negotiation. 11. Bussines activities of authorized persons. 12. Administration and application of standards in water management. 13. Assembling of individual projects, test, credits.

Syllabus

1. DESIGN PRINCIPLES – engineering works. 2. BUILDING ACT – implementary regulations, administration of approving process. 3. VALUATION OF PROJECT - engineering works, categorization. 4. CONTRACTS – elaboration of contract for work, mandatory contract and other. 5. WATER ACT – assignment related to case project. 6. ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS – assignment related to case project. 7. SUPPLIER SYSTEMS IN CONSTRUCTION – supplier schema for case project. 8. CATCHMENT OPERATION – practical aspects. 9. SITE DIARY, ADMINISTRATION AND APPLICATION OF STANDARDS IN WATER MANAGEMENT – elaboration of case site diary, related standards. 10. REGULATION OF MANIPULATION AND OPERATION, FLOOD PLANS, DISPETCHING – elaboration of manipulation. 11. LAW OF AUTHORIZATION – application for authorization and related relate data. 12.–13. ASSEMBLING OF INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS, TEST, AND CREDITS.
