Objective
Advanced topics for the creation of the BIM model in Revit.
Knowledge
Advanced topics for the creation of the BIM model in Revit, such as the creation of families, preliminary design in solids, evaluation of design options, working with materials, conceptual modeling and others.
Syllabus
Introduction to BIM technology and the basic principles for the creation of 3D-model of building.
Description of how to use data relating to building model, from initial concept design through to construction, including an outline of the possibility of using these data for creation of analytical models.
Creating volume studies, including price estimates of the cost, depending on the area of volume.
Expanding knowledge about the system and their families editing.
Creating a model that includes multiple variations of a layout.
Creation of documentation containing existing renovated building, demolition and new state using the phases of the project.
Creating custom parametric components (families).
New family label, families volume elements, parameters and the type of instance.
Materials - use of materials for display, editing of existing materials, reporting materials.
Practical examples and recommendations for the creation of structures parametric model.
Description of coordination and teamwork more people on one project and model.
Working with materials and their use in modeling and in the statements.
