1.Standard Forms of Contracts (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils and Czech standard), FIDIC.
2.Delivery Methods, types of management and organization of the construction project.
3.Risk Allocation, design responsibility, ground conditions risk. CONS (Red Book), P&DB (Yellow Book), EPC (Silver Book).
4.Price
5.Time Management, FIDIC time schedule, CPM, acceleration, mobilization, demobilization and re-mobilization.
6.Claim Management
7.Change Management, ordered, constructive and voluntary changes, variations and value engineering in FIDIC forms.
8.Dispute Resolution, role of the Engineer, alternative dispute resolution, expert dispute resolution methods, dispute adjudication boards (DAB).
