Stability and revitalization open channels
Academic Year 2022/23
DR75 course is part of 4 study plans
D-K-E-SI (N) Winter Semester 1st year
D-K-C-SI (N) Winter Semester 1st year
D-P-E-SI (N) Winter Semester 1st year
D-P-C-SI (N) Winter Semester 1st year
Natural stream channel evolution, response of natural stream to interferences. Generation, properties and transport of sediments. Effect of sediment transport to channel bed roughness. Deformation of particular parts of open channels and train rivers by water flow.
Revitalization of water course is one of the possible ways to remediate improper training done in the past. It is also proper remediation after ecological accident, natural disaster, etc.
Revitalized channel of a stream should fit the natural condition as muchas possible. This the main difference between complex river traning ang revitalization.
