​ BPC-MI Winter Semester 2nd year

To understand to fundamental principles, elements and function of public administration from regional and interest autonomy and civil service point of view. Knowledge about rules and procedures connected with administrative conduct including juridical control of decisions made by administrative body.
The part focusing on the building law includes the overview of the Building Act, its importance and principles, executive regulations of the Building Act. Territorial planning and building code, the issue of expropriation, legal regulation of administrative infraction and other administrative delicts.

Elaborating of knowledge hanged together with law reduction of public-law relations and building-law relations including their tying together with law regulations.

  • 3.–4. Organisation, competence and scope of action of municipal authorities.

  • 7. Overview of the Building Act, basic concepts, related legal regulations.
  • 8. Territorial planning, town and country planning instruments.
  • 9. Building code, building permission, use and removal.
  • 10. Authorized inspector.
  • 11. Public contracts.
  • 12. Administrative infraction and other administrative delicts.
  • 13. Expropriation proceedings.
