Railway level crossings, sight layout, road pavement structures on level crossings, traffic signs and safety.
Basics of track assessment and inspection procedures, technical state evaluation of railway infrastructure, maintenance management.
Methods and measuring devices on the inspection of quality of track geometry parameters, measuring draisines and track recoding cars.
Introduction to railway control, command and information systems, devices in tracks.
Introduction to energy systems – track overhead catenary systems.
Application of rules for persons of reduced mobility for railway infrastructure design, especially at railway stations.

Prerequisites
Construction of transport structures – railway superstructure and substructure, track geometry design parameters, basics of track technologies, machines, measuring and diagnostic systems of structure gauges.
