The content of seminar is a standalone work on the theme technical problems related to Project respectively Specialized project, or other technical problem according to the actual individual assignments. Work is continually consulted with the teacher. Work will be handed over only in printed form.

Learning outcomes

The result of the course is to improve knowledge about the detailed solving constructions in the context of the bachelor thesis. Work is regularly consulted with the teacher in terms of scope and methodology.

Prerequisites

It is assumed about construction and design overview and the ability to combine knowledge from previous study of a particular problem. The assumption is mastery adequate technical problem in relation to Project respectively Specialized project,according to the current individual assignments.

Corequisites

Designing of building constructions, principal knowledge of building heat engineering, acoustics and illumination, basic knowledge of structural mechanics, concrete and masonry constructions, metal and wooden constructions, building equipment, building technology and control.

Planned educational activities and teaching methods

Build an outline for the work, leading to conceptual work. Processing the results of teaching the written form of elaborate in printed form. Presentation on workshop.

Forms and criteria of assessment

The assessment criteria is regular attendance to seminars and consultations of the issue and its assessment by teacher.

Objective

The aim of the course is to be in contact with the technical field professionals and acquired knowledges and use them for work on the final report.

Syllabus of practice

1.-11. Students complete reports on the basis of their knowlege acquired from previous technical subjects and recommended study literature. Consultations with experts from the branch and additional training courses are supposed. The final elaboration should contain assessments and calculations, design studies, technical details, etc.
