Objective

Mastering the survey and practice tasks of the real estate cadastre, learning to map a topographically and altimetrically specified location, make a topographical and altimetric map, learn to focus and make basic types of geometric plans within the framework of the real estate cadastre.

Knowledge

A student obtains practical skills and experience in the creation of:

  • large-scale topographic map,
  • large-scale Street line map,
  • digital cadastral map,
  • accuracy testing of map creation results,
  • point positioning using GNSS technology
  • creation of geometric plans.

Syllabus

Solving practice tasks of survey and cadastre of real estate.
Creation of large-scale maps. Use of geodetic software. Surveying and processing of geometric plans.

Prerequisites

Working with a total station, GNSS, and other geodetic instruments, work with geodetic programs, knowledge and basic skills from the field of thematic, topographic, technical, and cadastral mapping and creation of geometric plans.

  • Cadastral mapping (renewal of cadastre documentation).
  • Point positioning using GNSS technology.
  • Topographic mapping.
  • Checking profile – testing the height accuracy of map creation results.
  • Street line mapping. 6. Creation of geometric plans.
