The Faculty Financial Officer roles and responsibilities:

• management and internal administration of the faculty to the extent determined by the Dean's decision,
• prepares a proposal for the distribution of the faculty's financial resources, including its material fulfilment, and submits it to the Dean,
• is responsible for the use of the faculty's financial resources and submits to the Dean a quarterly evaluation of the results of the management of the faculty's financial resources and the management of the BUT property,
• methodically manages the financial management of parts of the faculty,
• manages the departments of the Faculty Dean's Office, ensures their staffing and is responsible for their activities to the Dean of the Faculty.

Cooperation and Cross-cutting Areas:

• ITC (Information Technology Centre) – conceptual and methodological cooperation with the ITC in the areas of digital support for studies, R&D and internal Faculty processes is the responsibility of the respective Vice Deans, in cooperation with the Faculty’s Chief Financial Officer and relevant bodies of BUT.
