Syllabus

  • 1. Purpose of land consolidation.
  • 2. Land offices.
  • 3. LC forming environment. Form of LC.
  • 4. Specification and reconstruction of portioning, unfinished reintegration.
  • 5. Complex reallocation of land. Preliminary work.
  • 6. Landscape stability ecology system (USES).
  • 7. Common areas plan: road system, water-management precautions, anti soil erosion precautions.
  • 8. Soil type optimisation, optimal layout of suggested lots, quality suitability and suitability of detachment land areas, easement establishment.
  • 9.Land office arbitrate. Realization. Review of balance. Common areas construction.Documentation of LC results, LC Cadastral matriculation.
