Entry Knowledge

Design and technology of construction and works. classification in construction , construction enterprise economy , cost estimating and prices of construction.

Aims

The ability to calculate the prices of construction works with respect to consistency with the information construction enterprise economic system and to the market. Budgeting skills of the works of the company calculated costs and prices. Ability to analyze prices and costs for the contract.
Special knowledge and skills in costing, with special focus on costing in construction. Processing itemized cost estimating of the building , including a detailed bill of quantities. Valuation by catalog and with calculated prices. Cost and price analysis .
