Entry Knowledge
Soil properties, limit states theory, basic principles of structural mechanics, elasticity and strength theories, knowledge of an assessment of building structures, foundation engineering, underground structures, geotechnical computation programmes.
Aims
During the course the students learn to use theoretical knowledge obtained in previous ages for solution of more complicated geotechnical problems. The students will be able to solve complex geotechnical tasks including analysis of the problem, educational literature and standards, making of geotechnical profile, input geotechnical data, computation model, analysis of results.
Student will master the aim of course and learn to use theoretical knowledge obtained in previous ages for solution of more complicated geotechnical problems.
