New methods of building materials and structures testing, non–destructive methods (NDT) and their division, hardness assessment, strength of building materials applied in structures, radiometric measurement of weight density and moisture, radiometric reinforcement localization in reinforced concrete structures.

Entry Knowledge
Graduate from faculty of civil engineering, knowledge of subjects specialized in building testing, diagnostic equipment, building survey and quality management.
Aims
Acquainting of students with latest destructive and non–destructive flaw detection methods in civil engineering, seminar thesis elaborating with entries of suitable testing methods in relation to the diploma thesis theme.

1.-4. week - entry and elaborating of retrieval in the field of building testing, especially NDT
5.-8. week - seminar thesis entry and its consultation
9.-13.week - final consultation, seminar thesis submission, oral examination
