General principles and current approaches to the construction process. Tools for managing construction processes, controls and basic requirements for the quality of the implementation of partial construction processes and buildings. The principles and the importance of carrying out inspection of construction output. Fields and methods used in quality assurance of structures, control and evaluation of the quality of construction work in the processes shell construction and in the interior and finishing processes. The basic elements of quality management in a construction company.

Basic knowledge of construction technological processes and properties of building materials and products.

·Making the student acquainted with principal rules of quality control of construction realization.
