General principles and current approaches to the construction process. Tools for managing construction processes, controls and basic requirements for the quality of the implementation of partial construction processes and buildings. The principles and the importance of carrying out inspection of construction output. Fields and methods used in quality assurance of structures, control and evaluation of the quality of construction work in the processes shell construction and in the interior and finishing processes. The basic elements of quality management in a construction company.

Technological procedures, CTP for the superstructure - monolithic reinforced concrete structures, masonry structures 4. Technological procedures, CTP for the superstructure - prefabricated structures 5. Technological procedures, CTP for roofing - sloped roof 6. Technological procedures, CTP for roofing - flat roof 7. Technological procedures, CTP for partitions and plastering 8. Technological procedures, CTP for concrete floors and flooring 9. Technological procedures, CTP for interior finishing works 10. Technological procedures, CTP for surface finishing 11. Completion of the course, completion of work in practical classes, credit
