General principles and current approaches to the construction process. Tools for managing construction processes, controls and basic requirements for the quality of the implementation of partial construction processes and buildings. The principles and the importance of carrying out inspection of construction output. Fields and methods used in quality assurance of structures, control and evaluation of the quality of construction work in the processes shell construction and in the interior and finishing processes. The basic elements of quality management in a construction company.

1.Creation of basic documents on building: technological procedures, project quality plans, inspection and test plans
2.Ability to assurance of quality during the process of building planning

4.Understanding of tasks of building participants in the process of quality assurance on building

1. Construction - definition, basic requirements for construction, division of constructions, Life cycle of
construction, Participants of construction and their competences, Technological stages of construction, Features
of construction processes
2. Quality management of the construction contractor, Documentation of the construction contractor, Project quality
plan, technological procedures, inspection and test plans
3. Assurance and quality control of earth processes (excavations and backfilling)
4. Security and quality control of masonry structures
5. Security and quality control of foundation structures - foundation + special foundation
6. Security and quality control in formwork, concreting and reinforcement of building structures
7. Security and quality control of selected finishing processes
8. Security and quality control of selected finishing processes
9. Quality control of concrete and masonry structures using non-destructive testing methods
10. Quality control of building structures using statistical methods
11. Application of quality assurance and control in the construction organization and on the construction site

Basic knowledge of construction technological processes and properties of building materials and products.
