Design of road. Horizontal and vertical geometry (situation, longitudinal profiles), typical sections (category width, superelevation, road widening in curves).

Students get familiarized with specialised CAD softwares. They are able to design details of traffic solution both in rural and urban area.

Prerequisites

Complete road design, computation of highway geometry, knowledge of used road materials and typical pavement constructions.
