The course content is processing of project documentation of the building. Student will learn with the process plotting building structures, a way of dimensioning and markings of construction materials. Theme is a residential building, free standing ranked under urban area of the village, for example, an apartment block with the two floors and with the partial basement for technical installations and facilities (the heating, storage boxes, garage...). Building roof as either roof timbers by using of the attics or flat roof with a receding storey. The building land in slope, appropriate for the partial basement object. The altimetry contour line, with the existing objects and with utility networks for connection of building. Student must demonstrate the ability to design a building project in the form of disposition, structural preliminary design, architectural concept and graphical presentation in accordance with valid design standards. The aim is the application of knowledge gained in courses related to the design of building structures to create a composition of documentation needed for the realization of the building.
Students have to complete subjects Building Constructions 1,2,3 and 4 and Theory of buildings. It is necessary have knowledge of passed courses: Statics, Components of Concrete structures, Components of metal structures, Structural Mechanics, Building Physics, Building Materials, Geodesy.

Planned educational activities and teaching methods
Teaching methods depend on the type of course unit as specified in the article 7 of BUT Rules for Studies and Examinations. Practical consultation of the design of individual buildings to the extent of work assignment.
Forms and criteria of assessment
Project in the range specified by the teacher. Graded credit.
Application of knowledge from subjects BH02 "Building Constructions – Seminar", BH52, BH03, BH05, e.g. Buildings constructions I., II., III. is purpose this subject. To render ability to design of elementary building project and the correct solution in accord with disposition, construction, architectonic and graphical aspect.
