Entry Knowledge
PC work, excellent knowledge of at least one of the CAD software and a software for the design of roads
Aims
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the principles of road and urban traffic engineering and urban transport, with the design principles of designs and modifications of local roads and with the possible impacts of urban transport on the environment of urbanized areas. Means of transport, geometry of vehicle movement, theory of traffic flow. The output of the course in the exercises will be: - Calculation of the directional arc of the axis. - Calculation of the elevation arc of the vertical line. - Sample cross-section of a local road. - Processing of a situational solution of a level urban intersection.
Prerequisites
PC work, excellent knowledge of at least one of the CAD software and a software for the design of roads
Offered to foreign students
