The course gradually expands students' knowledge, ranging from modern information technologies (Internet, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Information sources) and the systematic processing of textual, numerical, and graphical data, to the use of CAD systems in civil engineering.

Entry Knowledge
Digital and computer literacy is a basic prerequisite. Specifically, this includes the ability to use an operating system, manage data and files, use office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office), and use the internet. High-school level mathematics and geometry with the ability to work with information sources are necessary.
Aims
Professional Knowledge:

The student knows the basic principles of modern information technology and uses digital processing of textual, numerical, and graphical data, including CAD technologies.

The student effectively uses modern digital technology to search and process information, perform comprehensive digital data processing, and create engineering drawings in CAD systems.
