13 weeks, 2 hours/week, compulsory

Syllabus

1. BIM methods and regulations.
2. Using photogrammetry, 3D scan and point clouds in BIM model.
3. Practical modeling based on point cloud.
4.–5. Prepare BIM model for advanced presentations (3D print, VR).
6.–7. BIM model usage for energy analysis.
8. Define requirements for BIM model in a contract.
9.–10. Prepare process documents and attachments for BIM in contact (EIR, BEP).
11.–12. How to coordinate project (RFI, ...) and documents manage.
13. Principles for data exchange in BIM and CAFM.
