Based on the given competition conditions and assignment materials to make an offer to this competition to realize assigned building. As a base for this offer to process documentation of contractor’s construction preparation containing structural plan, organization of contracts for construction, technology of building works, schedules, proposal of construction organization plan, as well as costs and revenue plan and financial plan of the contract. For processing to use Microsoft Project and Contec software.

Entry Knowledge

Theoretic knowledge focused on construction projects from the aspect of building contractor, construction and technological preparation and equipment of building site. Practical application of specialized softwares for project management.

Aims

Application of knowledge and skills and acquiring practical experience at project planning connected with realization on the side of supplier, elaboration of proposal for public tender, preparing of presentation and proposal defense.

1. Assignment of project and entry documents for processing of project.

2. Structural plan of building order realization.

3. Organization of building order.

4. Technology of building works.

5. Proposal of building site accessories.

6. Time plans of building complex.

7. Schedule of material resources deployment, cost-benefit plan.

8. Financial plan of the contract.

9. Making an offer.

10. Presentation and defense of the project. Submitting the project. Credit.
