Draw up a proposal for business plan for founding of construction firm oriented on construction work provisio. The use documentation elaborated in technical projects. Combination of knowledge and skills from previous technical disciplines and projects with knowledge and skills of construction management and special structural-and-economic disciplines. Proposal of business plan is presented as specific parts of the project – area of marketing in civil engineering, price of construction object and financing of construction order. Use of project control methods to determine mutual connection of all areas and to defend proposed plan including demonstration of feasibility. Business plan students complete with a financial analysis of company and calculation of cost-effectiveness selected investment plan. A simplified integrated management system for the construction company will be developed. The business plan is designed with the support of the relevant software products.

Aims

To draw up a proposal for business plan for founding of construction firm oriented on construction work provisio. To demonstrate ability to use knowledge from technical, economic, management and law disciplines. To demonstrate feasibility of proposed plan with respect to its organization, pricing, financial and business sides by help of controlling and marketing inquiry. Ability to use documentation from technical projects and suitable software for elaboration.

1. Introduction of project.

2. Building subcontract – bill of quantity of selected building works for building company.

3. Building company – structure, building activities – selected building works, workers, asset.

4. Building company – finance, financial statements.

5. Building company – marketing of selected works and wages.

6. Building subcontract – individual calculation of construction work by finance and marketing.

7. Building company – cost controlling.

8. Building company – financial analysis,investment.

9. Building object – valuation of real estate.

10.Completion of the project and presentation.
