Aims
Based on the knowledge the student should be able to navigate the legal system of administrative law, organizational structure, governance and use legal means to influence decision-making processes and administrative bodies, and even in the field of construction.

3. Organization, competence of public administration.

5. The scope of government authorities.

8. Administrative delicts (criminal jurisdiction of administrative bodies).
9. Administrative conduct(definition, nature and principles of administrative procedural law).
10. Administrative proceedings (start, pause and stop the administrative proceedings).
11. Publication of decision (decision, settlement, resolution and specific decision).
12. Review of administrative decisions and execution.
13. Judicial review of administrative decisions.
