Are you a PhD student pursuing a project that you think has a chance to succeed in the marketplace? Apply for the JIC Ph.D. Academy and get advice from experts who already have experience in bridging academia and business.
You will learn how to present your project on the market, discover its commercial potential, how to define your customer and target market, and what the funding options are.
The Academy will offer a total of 7 teaching blocks, which will take place in the afternoon in the JIC offices in the Brno Technology Park from 29 February to 30 May 2024.
The capacity of the event is 30 students and it costs a symbolic 1500 CZK including VAT.
Therefore, do not hesitate to register as early as 7 February on the JIC website, where you will also find further details on the Ph. Academy. There are also plans for an autumn run from September 2024.
The Brno University of Technology also offers support for technology transfer. This year will see the final of the fourth edition of the BUT Student Entrepreneurship Award, which is run in cooperation with the JIC.
