The course is focused on the definition of administrative law, public administration, sources and standards of administrative law, its bodies, including the nature and characteristics of the functions of public, state and local government and administrative law proceedings

Objective
The aim of this course is to equip students with basic theoretical knowledge in the field of administrative law to give them their application to practical cases of practice.
Knowledge
Based on the knowledge the student should be able to navigate the legal system of administrative law, organizational structure, governance and use legal means to influence decision-making processes and administrative bodies, and even in the field of construction.
