WELCOME It is our great pleasure to invite you to PBE2018 - International Scientific Conference "People, Buildings and Environment 2018". Already in its 13th edition, the conference will be held in Brno, Czech Republic, from 17 to 19 of October 2018. The aim of the PBE is to disseminate original scientific and research papers. The conference itself provides a forum for discussion and debate relating to, but not limited to, all areas of economics and management of sustainable construction & water and landscape engineering. PBE is effectively positioned as a biennial multi-disciplinary international conference. In order to warranty the quality of the contributions, all papers to be published in the proceedings are subject to a double blind peer review process. SCOPUS INDEXED PROCEEDINGS Papers will be published as an IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science serial volume, which series are indexed by Scopus and available in open access. Published under licence in Earth and Environmental Science by IOP Publishing Ltd.
