The main aim of international relations activities is to promote the internationalisation of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and its international efforts concerning academic matters. Such activities are concentrated in the following areas:

• international cooperation with a large number of European and world universities and scientific institutions,
• teacher and student exchange programmes,
• partnership and membership in various international civil engineering organizations and institutions,
• advancement of the Faculty of Civil Engineering,
• scientific research cooperation with various foreign companies.

Vice-Dean for International Relations, Professor Rostislav Drochytka, is responsible for the organization of international relations activities at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. Formal proceedings are arranged and run by the International Office.
