AIMS & SCOPE

The aim of the International Scientific Conference „People, Buildings and Environment“ (PBE) is to disseminate original scientific and research papers. The conference itself together with open access proceedings provides a forum for discussion and debate relating to, but not limited to, all areas of construction economics and management, water management and water structures, landscape management and university teaching and learning in civil/building engineering. PBE is effectively positioned as a biennial multi-disciplinary international conference. In order to warranty the quality of the contributions, all papers to be published in the PBE proceedings are subject to a double blind peer review process.

List of conference themes is given here.

REVIEW PROCESS

All manuscripts will follow a double blind peer review process. Based on the reviewer's recommendation, the editor will decide to accept, conditionally accept or reject the manuscript. In the case of conditionally accepted papers, author will be requested to revise the text according to reviewer's comments. A paper once rejected will not be considered again for review.

OPEN ACCESS

PBE provides open access to its whole content. Open access policy allows and promotes exchange of knowledge and ideas among researchers worldwide.
