Bachelor od science (Bachelor degree)

The graduate of the study program Civil Engineering in the field of the study Civil Engineering Management after the finishing of the study at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Brno University of Technology becomes the civil bachelor with the economic education and he is allowed to use the title bachelor (Bc.). He can find the exercise in the functions asking ability of fulfilling of easier professional objectives in the planning, in the preparation and in the realisation of constructional objects (ground objects, industrial objects, line objects and water objects). The graduate can be employed in design offices, in provider firms or in the investor organisations and in the public administration on the administrative and technical or on the technical and economic level. Under the leadership of experienced specialists and after the obtaining of own practical erudition the bachelor will be able to solve individually also more difficult technical and economic problems, to execute higher manager functions or to enterprise individually in studied line of business.

Master of science (Master degree) - civil engineer

The graduate of five-year master study program Civil engineering in the field of the study Economics and Management in Civil Engineering and the graduate of the continuing master study program in the field of the study Civil Engineering Management at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Brno University of Technology becomes the civil engineer with the economic education and the legal awareness. According to the orientation of the graduate in the last year of the master study program is the graduate focused on the provider sphere (orientation VYS - Economics and Management of Construction) or on the investor sphere (orientation VES - Economics and Management of Construction in Public Administration). The graduate is professionally and theoretically ready for exercising of the job in finished field of the study and for independent professional and creative work.

In practise the graduate can assert himself in various levels of leading, controlling and managing functions of provider firms, in investor organisations, in the design offices and also in the field of development and research. The graduate can be employed in the leading function in the public administration, in professional education system, for that he can during the study obtain corresponding qualification in the frame of the additional educational study. The graduate has also the proposition to be successful as a private entrepreneur.

After the achievement of asked practise the graduate can obtain engineering authorisation in some of authorisation fields.

Just after the finishing of the study, or anytime later, the graduate of this study program can continue in the next study in the frame of the doctoral study program in the full-time mode of study or in the distant mode of study.
